KYC and AML standards for Uzbekistan users
On the MegaPari platform, KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures are applied in accordance with the regulatory requirements in effect in Uzbekistan.
Purpose: identity check, fraud prevention, and transparency
MegaPari implements control mechanisms by supporting user identification and identity verification processes to reduce the risk of fraud and financial crimes.

KYC requirements and document submission
Every new account holder must undergo identification and ID verification. Additional verification of document submission may be required as necessary.

- Confirmation of payment method ownership
AML security measures and transaction monitoring
MegaPari implements systematic controls and security measures to prevent money laundering and illegal activities. This approach is implemented in accordance with the normative requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international standards.
Controls to be implemented:
- Continuous monitoring of transactions and gaming activity
- Automated detection rules and thresholds
- Extended Discharge Screening (EDD) in High-Risk Situations
- Reviewing large or unusual transfers
- Assess and update the risk score for the client.
- Sanctions Lists and PEP Checks
- Providing reports to the competent authorities upon request.
Prohibited activities supporting AML and KYC controls
To support KYC/AML requirements, certain actions are prohibited on the platform. The following actions are not permitted:
- Opening multiple accounts or managing accounts in someone else’s name.
- Submission of forged or stolen documents
- Attempt to launder money
- Manipulating the system or using fraudulent schemes
- Sharing or selling access to an account
- Use of third-party payment instruments
- Misrepresenting or concealing one’s identity
Enforcement actions for non-compliance
When a policy violation is detected, the operator will take mandatory measures within the scope of the law.
Measures that may be taken: temporarily or permanently blocking the account, freezing or seizing funds related to suspicious activity, voiding bets or winnings, and reporting to the competent authorities when necessary.
User responsibilities for account protection
Users must accurately provide and keep their personal information up to date, and complete the identification processes within the specified timeframes. Additional documentation may be required and an inspection may be conducted when requested by the operator. The account holder must only use payment methods that are their own, keep their login credentials confidential, and take measures to protect the account. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately.
